Digital Marketing Manager

Remote position

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales teams to be successful. You will contribute towards go-to-market plans and devise appropriate demand generation campaigns and initiatives supporting business growth objectives.

We seek someone with excellent planning skills, hands-on experience, an analytical mindset, and a creative streak to deliver campaigns, monitor results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position reports into the Head of Demand Generation.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns utilizing multiple channels that deliver against lead generation objectives and support sustainable pipeline growth.
  • Develop and implement Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Define, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns (SEM, display, retargeting).
  • Work alongside the Social Media Manager to incorporate paid social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook) into campaigns.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure all campaigns can be effectively tracked and reported on, and appropriate dashboards are in place to assess campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs, use A/B testing strategies to continuously improve performance against key metrics (CPC, CTR, SEO, Open rates, funnel conversion rates, etc.)
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Designers, and the Content Manager to define and develop all required campaign assets and content.
  • Develop and build email cadences in HubSpot that are effective in engaging and nurturing target prospects until they are marketing qualified.
  • Develop campaign landing pages and microsites in HubSpot as required to support campaign requirements.
  • Define and manage SEM campaigns across multiple countries including identifying target keywords.
  • Develop and manage evergreen campaigns that drive awareness of GMS and our key solutions and generate quality traffic to the GMS website.
  • Engage with external marketing agencies and freelancers as required to ensure on-time on-budget execution of agreed campaigns.


What we expect:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of proven B2B experience working as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in Tech, SaaS, or Telco industries.
  • Hands-on experience using Marketing Automation and CRM tools (preferably HubSpot and Salesforce) and other tools such as ZoomInfo.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple geographies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and approaches and experience developing, building, and monitoring paid campaigns.
  • Able to plan and manage digital spending and campaign budgets in line with expected ROI.
  • Strong project management skills, and experience working with PM tools such as JIRA and Miro.
  • A collaborative working style and ability to effectively engage with colleagues and teams cross-functionally on projects and initiatives.
  • A creative problem solver able to develop compelling plans and strategies.
  • Commercially aware and used to engaging and partnering with sales and product teams to deliver results.
  • Used to analyze and interpret data from a range of sources to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns and initiatives.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
