We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to cover our CPaaS business. You will have a unique opportunity to position yourself as the customer’s advocate, shape a new product narrative, and expand GTM capabilities in the marketing team. You will play a crucial role in equipping our sales teams with the knowledge and resources they need to drive revenue growth.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Cover the entire CPaaS product offering for Enterprises including platform, channels and connectivity, as well as CPaaS white labelling for Mobile Operators.
  • Work alongside CPaaS Product Management across the product lifecycle, including discovery stages, product launches and update releases.
  • Own development of ICPs, product positioning, targeted value propositions, messaging and use cases.
  • Develop powerful product stories by leveraging customer insights, market trends and competitive forces.
  • Create, own and maintain a library of product pitch decks, e-books, case studies, product demo videos and webinars. Own product page content on the company website.
  • Train and support the Sales and Demand Generation teams to effectively articulate product positioning and benefits.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies aligned with GMS goals to improve sales team efficiency. Create strong product pitches and supporting talk tracks. Ensure team enablement across different GTM motions.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with your Product Marketing colleagues daily, ensuring alignment across frameworks and approaches, as well as adherence to brand principles.
  • Work closely with Events Management, Communications and PR Team, Content creators, Designers and Digital Marketers, ensuring consistency in product messaging and effective product knowledge dissemination across the marketing team.

 

What we expect:

  • 6-8 years of experience in international B2B marketing roles. Minimum 4 years in Product Marketing role.
  • Experience working and managing relationships across the company, as well as communicating with and presenting to C-level management.
  • Excellent writing skills, near-native English level required.
  • Experience in transforming technical product input into engaging stories, fit for various channels and audiences.
  • Hands-on with typical mar-tech stack.
  • Analytical mindset, able to translate data into actionable insights. Product analytics experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to get support and buy-in from diverse teams across the company and implement ideas in a test-and-learn environment.
  • Travel required (up to 20%)

 

Key requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of key product marketing principles and excellent storytelling skills. C-Level presentation and communication skills are a must.
  • Proven experience in the B2B tech industry. CPaaS / Telco / SaaS experience will be an advantage.
