GMS is looking for a sales growth-oriented professional for the position of Business Development Manager who possesses strong expertise related to identifying and hunting new Businesses followed by strong expertise related to the Telecom sphere such as SMS, Messaging Services, CPaaS, CCaaS, Chatbots, OTT messengers or other related Telecommunications services.

What you’ll do:

  • Hunt and identify new customers in the respective region.
  • Understand customer key requirements, able to explain the customer complex concepts clearly and give them the solution accordingly.
  • Deal with MNO & Enterprises for the South East Asian (SEA) region to develop new sales areas, channels, and markets.
  • Track, collate, and interpret sales numbers.
  • Forecast & achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
  • Update sales activities and sales pipelines on the CRM system.
  • Create sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate & manage contracts with clients.
  • Ensure the rapid implementation of new clients’ projects.
  • Take part in industry events and analyze trends in telecommunication services to identify priority directions.

 

What we expect:

  • 03-05 years of relevant sales experience in the Telecommunications sphere that covers CPaaS, CCaaS, OTT, Chatbots, and messaging products.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications/IT business industry in South East Asian Region.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Telecommunications, Economics, Finance, or Management.
  • Sales strategy/tactics courses or certifications will be a plus.
