What you’ll do:

  • Attract new clients – big and medium enterprises in Poland.
  • Provide lead generation and client acquisition through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and lists of target companies.
  • Conduct sales discovery calls with prospects (including C-suite/Directors) to find out their challenges and effectively describe relevant solutions.
  • Conduct engaging product demos to highlight the product value for prospective customers.
  • Write commercial proposals.
  • Provide cross-sales and up-sales. Solve key issues with clients.
  • Plan and monitor Chatbot projects.
  • Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipelines.
  • Advise on content, structure, and design of sales-related materials to facilitate sales activities.

 

What we expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Experience selling IT solutions (CRM, ERP, HRM, IT security, chatbots, e-doc systems).
  • Fluent Polish.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Initiative-taking and purposeful mindset, empathy, and customer orientation.
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills.
