As a Dialog Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our AI-powered chatbots. In this role, you will define the chatbot’s purpose, design its user experience and content strategy, create a conversational flow, and test it. Working closely with the Product Team, you will be responsible for designing and building company-specific solutions to provide customers with incredible experiences and self-service opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  • Build effective goal-oriented dialog flows, develop, and conduct tests for increasing customer conversions.
  • Corporate copywriting, including the creation of chatbots and setting of all needed conditions for the chatbot.
  • Create and improve dictionaries, libraries, and conversations for chatbot learning.
  • Set the basic integrations with external systems inside the dialog flow.
  • Continuously improve dialog flows based on the testing and metrics, history of chatbot conversations with clients, and customer feedback.
  • Interact with the product team and transfer the requirements for increasing the functionality and user experience of our platform.
  • Analyze the subject area and formalize project requirements.
  • Interact with the customer, approve technical requirements, and API documentation.
  • Develop documentation (instructions, technical requirements).
  • Create and process API connectivity.

 

What we expect:

Professional skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience designing dialog flows for chatbots.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms.
  • Understanding of different types of conversations.
  • Computational linguistics, experience in copywriting or sales, and an understanding of behavioral psychology will be a plus.
  • REST API understanding.
  • Experience in working with drag-and-drop UIs will be a plus.
  • Experience in the development of technical requirements and technical documentation.
  • Experience in API documentation and integrations through API.

 

Business tools:

  • Advanced English skills: grammar, spelling, punctuation.
  • Computer-literate: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience with Atlassian toolset (Jira).
