What you’ll do:
- Manage all day-to-day activities to ensure successful retention and growth of current client relationships including but not limited to:
* Responding to RFP & RFIs pricing bids, negotiating new rates/coverage.
* Ensure Trouble tickets are handled effectively and on time.
* Manage registration requests.
* Provide timely feedback and proposals on quality/pricing queries.
* Monitor traffic performance, and initiate pricing and routing changes to ensure increased performance.
* Organize and lead QBR’s, meetings and conference calls with existing global clients to discuss current business activities and promote new business opportunities.
* Interact with Technical, Legal, Billing, and Accounting departments regarding customer queries.
- Design comprehensive Account plans for the development of Global Enterprise, CPaaS & OTT segment businesses headquartered in Asia.
- Maintain a constant positive business development through active upsell/cross-sell ensuring business growth month on month as per target expectations.
- Identify future product needs of Global Enterprise & OTT clients, explore key business drivers, and conduct market research.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric mentality, working harmoniously with the Business Development team (Global) and Relationship Management Team (Europe) daily to provide an outstanding customer experience.

What we expect:
- 4+ years of significant experience in the Telco industry working as a B2B Relationship Manager.
- Proven experience in an international business environment.
- Fluent in business English.
- Fluent in business Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
- Mastery in creating customized client proposals and pricing.
- Able to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Proven time management skills and capability to manage multiple deadlines.
