What you’ll do:

  • Market benchmarking: conduct market research and analysis; define target customer segments, value propositions, and messaging strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Product Positioning and Differentiation: ensure alignment between product features, customer needs, and GTM strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration; collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams.
  • Sales Enablement and Support: create sales collateral, training materials, and competitive insights; provide guidance to the Sales team in effectively positioning and selling enterprise communication solutions.
  • Partnership Collaboration: identify and evaluate partnership opportunities to enhance the reach and effectiveness of go-to-market strategies; work closely with Partnership teams.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of GTM strategies and initiatives; monitor performance against targets and benchmarks, and iterate strategies based on insights and market feedback to drive continuous improvement.


What we expect:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise solutions within the telecommunications or related industry.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of Telco / OTTs / CPaaS / CCaaS / AI Chatbots market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive landscapes will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
