You will be responsible for prospecting, solution selling and closing/managing a set of Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts. Your voice and input will be highly valued at GMS, and you will be expected to share your vision within the organization.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses a good understanding of communications solutions including user authentication and CPaaS, AI-driven communication solutions including Conversational AI and GEN AI and overall CX solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify clients across assigned verticals including Finance and E-Commerce to understand their business and technical requirements, and match them to the capabilities of GMS communications solutions.
  • Design and activate comprehensive business plans for hunting new Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.
  • Take charge of incoming leads and proactively initiate outbound calls, showcasing your persuasive skills during impactful presentations.
  • Develop and implement sales key account strategy & GTMs – GMS advocacy, lead generation, product pitch, customized proposals, and approach key decision makers & influencers.
  • Actively cultivate a customer base of enthusiastic clients.
  • Manage the entire new customers (Enterprise and Mid-Market) sales process.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric mentality, working closely with the enterprise relations team to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to assess and onboard high-value clients, ensuring a seamless sales process and mitigating business risks.
  • Work closely with the marketing team in demand generation activities.
  • Identify Enterprise and Mid-Market prospect product needs, explore key business drivers, conduct market research, and bring appropriate data to the GMS product & strategy team.
  • Respond to RFP & RFI bids, re-negotiate and manage contracts, coordinate inter-department interactions of pre & post account RFS.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline via SFDC CRM.
  • Participate in industry events.

 

What we expect:

  • 5+ years of experience selling software, communication solutions or SaaS in a B2B environment in North America.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in enterprise / CPaaS / solution sales.
  • Experience in selling to enterprise accounts through marketing, business, and technical audiences.
  • Strong relationships and contacts with decision-makers in key enterprise segments.
  • Unwavering commitment to professional sales excellence, demonstrating mastery of the sales process and employing effective sales techniques.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, seamlessly conveying complex information to ensure understanding among diverse audiences.
  • Fluent business English.
  • Fluent business Spanish is an advantage.
