As an EVP for our GenAI line of business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company and driving its growth trajectory for all things Generative AI. Reporting to the Head of GenAI, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the business, including decision-making, client management, product roadmaps, and operational excellence. This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in leadership, hands-on client engagement, and business development, coupled with a deep understanding of media, marketing, and technology.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in leading the company towards its strategic vision, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational objectives.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges to deliver exceptional value and service.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and insights to drive business outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion in existing and emerging markets.
  • Represent the GenAI line of business in select new business presentations, prepare pitch proposals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate target industries and verticals, leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to drive innovation and differentiation, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer expectations.
  • Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and forums as a thought leader and subject matter expert.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and keynote addresses on topics related to media technology, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
  • Have a leadership role in GenAI projects, working closely with top management, client service, and production teams.


What we expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in leadership roles within media, marketing, or technology companies, with a focus on client management and business development.
  • Strong understanding of media technology, data analytics, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with global clients, including Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Experience in public speaking and thought leadership activities is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
