What you’ll do:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and dependencies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers involved in project initiatives.
- Coordinate and communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges that may impact project timelines or objectives.
- Provide regular project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.
What we expect:
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager working with complex projects (preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry).
- PMP certification will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, and time-management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to take ownership of the project’s success and proactively identify and address challenges.
- Agile mindset and adaptability to change, ability to encourage flexibility within the project team, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Strong skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to express concepts effectively and produce comprehensive reports and project analytics.
