We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Operations Manager for the Enterprise Business Domain. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (Enterprise Business) by providing oversight, analysis, and strategic support to drive sales performance, monitor key projects, and facilitate overall business operations and reporting.

What you’ll do:

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze sales performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  • Working on the Company’s CRM tool – Salesforce.

Strategic Project Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key strategic initiatives and projects within the Enterprise Business Domain.
  • Provide project management support, including planning, coordination, and execution of strategic assignments and initiatives.

Business Reviews and Reporting:

  • Coordinate and facilitate regular business reviews and meetings with sales leadership and key stakeholders to review performance, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for business reviews, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate and streamline sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and automation to drive operational excellence and scalability.

Forecasting and Budget Management:

  • Support sales forecasting and budgeting processes, working closely with the Finance team to ensure alignment with revenue targets and financial objectives.
  • Monitor and track sales expenses and budget utilization, and provide variance analysis to optimize resource allocation and cost management.

 

What we expect:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations roles in international Telecom or CPaaS business.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and data to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
