What you’ll do:

  • Lead technical discussions with prospects and clients.
  • Own the technical aspect of the client onboarding process. This involves “translating” the agreed client use cases into the technical domain, in alignment with our capabilities and product portfolio, and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation to support understanding, usage and troubleshooting of our products.
  • Generate recommendations for product improvements based on client feedback and interactions. Act as a liaison between clients and the product development team to translate these recommendations into practical and impactful enhancements.
  • Steer integration with the parent company based on the established product roadmap, with aim to ensure overall end-to-end process efficiency and product alignment.

 

What we expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT systems integration, and client management roles.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with IT systems, network architecture, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
