Baar, Switzerland — 8 July 2022 — Global Message Services (GMS), an international messaging services provider for mobile operators and enterprises, has been ranked as a Tier 1 vendor in both MNO and Enterprise editions of the ROCCO A2P SMS Vendor Benchmarking Report 2022.
The rankings affirm GMS’ industry leadership in helping MNOs achieve greater monetisation of their A2P traffic, and providing enterprises with engaging and reliable communications.
A total of 165 MNOs from 82 countries participated in the MNO edition of the survey, rating 36 vendors. GMS is one of seven vendors to receive the Tier 1 ranking, achieving perfect scores for customer service, technical expertise and flexibility. It also achieved top marks for transparency, reliability, and route monitoring and management.
Some 222 enterprises from 57 countries participated in the Enterprise edition of the survey, rating 20 A2P vendors. Again, GMS was one of seven vendors to be ranked Tier 1. Here, GMS excelled in leadership, achieving top scores for being simple to work with, its local expertise, global presence and strong customer orientation.
The recent accolades for A2P SMS closely follow another ROCCO report released in February where GMS was recognised as a Tier 1 SMS Firewall Vendor.
