In addition to its ranking, GMS has topped the Tier 1 leaderboard this year in both the Mobile Network Operator(MNO) and Enterprise editions of this report by obtaining the highest overall ratings among all vendors surveyed.
For the MNO survey, GMS achieved the highest rating out of all Tier 1 vendors – 4.4 out of 5. GMS was commended for the quality of service delivered, industry expertise, and uptime performance.
On the Enterprise side, GMS performed the best among all Tier 1 vendors, with a rating of 4.34 out of 5, and received the highest scores for reliability, expertise, and thought leadership.
These latest accolades closely follow two other ROCCO reports released earlier this year where GMS was recognised as a Tier 1 vendor for SMS Firewall and CPaaS.
